HOA Dues for 2026 & 2027 have been suspended
NOTICE: Annual HOA DUES
As discussed during the 2024 Homeowners meeting and determined by the Board of Directors; HOA dues for 2025 were suspended. As such, dues for 2026 have also been suspended and dues for 2027 are suspended at this time.
Are you selling your home?
Due to limited availability of the HOA Board and HOA dues for 2025, 2026, and 2027 being suspended the HOA will not be providing Status Letters to title companies or homeowners. An email can be sent to the HOA email address and an auto reply will be returned with information regarding status letters and HOA dues. HOA Email address: colonypointehoamilliken@gmail.com

The Green Space along Alice Avenue is owned and maintained by the Centennial Crossing Metro District. More information and contacts for the Metro District can be found on their website: https://kellison.cincwebaxis.com/centennial/home/
The trees along Alice Ave and the sidewalks down Alice Ave and Inez Blvd are maintained by the Town of Milliken.
The wooden privacy fence along Alice and Inez are part of the HOA and Individual Homeowners. It is the Homeowners responsibility to maintain the house facing side of the fence. Any damage to the fence; like missing pickets or damaged posts can be reported to the HOA to investigate and potentially repair or replace. The street facing side of the fence is the responsibility of the HOA and maintanence on the fence will be performed during the summer of 2023.
The Town of Milliken owns and operates Ehrlich Park and Ehrlich Lake.
